Bihi Egeh, the Somali Minister of Finance, is in Cairo to attend a meeting of the representatives of Arab Financial Institutions.
Egeh was in the Egyptian city for the meeting on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the ministers and other participants are scheduled to discuss wide-ranging issues that include geopolitical crises.
They will discuss ways of spurring economic growth and improved financial cooperation.
