Eight legislators are the latest to join the House of the People (Lower House) after elections conducted in El-Wak.
The eight legislators won elections conducted to represent the regional state of Jubbaland at the federal parliament in Mogadishu.
Consequently, Jubbaland now only has eight more seats to conclude their federal parliament polls.
Two female Members of Parliament (MPs) were among those elected in the April 22 polls.
