Eight members of the same family died in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in Galgadud.
According to sources, the eight people were in a car traveling near Dhabad town in the Galgadud region.
The car hit a landmine before exploding.
All the eight individuals died on the spot in the incident that took place on Saturday, July 23, and left locals shocked.
