Somaliland Foreign Minister Dr. Essa Kayd received Ethiopia’s Ambassador to Somaliland, Amb. Teshome Hamito, for a courtesy visit.
The Ambassador was at the foreign affairs ministry’s offices in Hargeisa for the visit on Tuesday.
During the meeting, Dr. Kayd expressed his best wishes for the ambassador’s success in his diplomatic mission in the Republic of Somaliland.
Ambassador Hamito arrived in Hargeisa a few days ago and has already submitted his credentials to President Muse Bihi Abdi.
The visit symbolizes the continued cooperation and diplomatic engagement between Somaliland and Ethiopia.
