The European Union has announced plans to revive the talks between Somalia and Somaliland, which were meant to take place early this year.
Nicolas Berlanga, the EU Ambassador to Somalia, held a video conference talk with President Muse Bihi of Somaliland.
He used this opportunity to talk to President Bihi about EU’s commitment towards the talks between the two Horn of Africa nations.
While encouraging President Bihi about resuming the talks, Berlanga also gave examples from the European Union.
He asked the people of Somaliland to find solutions for the problems affecting their country while fulfilling their aspirations.
