The European Union (EU) has promised to support the ongoing projects by the Ministry of Public Works in Somalia.
Tiina Intelmann, the EU Ambassador to Somalia, offered this assurance during her meeting with Ismail Abdirahman on Thursday.
Abdirahman is the public works minister in the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS).
Ambassador Intelmann and Abdirahman discussed the reconstruction of economic infrastructures in the East African nation.
The EU offered to increase its support towards ongoing projects by the public works ministry.
