A team from the European Union Capacity Building in Somalia (EUCAPSOM) took time off their busy schedules to visit the new Somali Police Force (SPF) Commander.
The EUCAPSOM delegation was under the leadership of Kauko Aaltomaa.
Aaltomaa is the Head of EUCAPSOM. He was joined by Dania Cossa and Mohamed Ibrahim.
Cossa is the Head of EUCAPSOM Services in Somalia while Ibrahim serves as the organization’s Political Adviser.
Over the years, EUCAPSOM has stood out for the support accorded to Somalia.
