A former Minister of Agriculture in the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) blames the ongoing drought on “weak governance.”
Abdi Ahmed Baafo, the former minister, said that weak governance has worsened the ongoing drought in the country.
Furthermore, Baafo blamed the worsening situation on unpreparedness.
