The brother of a former federal Member of Parliament (MP) has succumbed to COVID-19 complications.
Ahmed Haji, the brother of Hassan Haji, a former MP, died on December 16.
According to his brother, Ahmed died at Digfeer Hospital in the nation’s capital.
Hassan claims that the patient’s kidneys failed before he died two days after he tested positive for COVID-19.
The former MP also clarified that the hospital stopped treating Ahmed.
As per Hassan’s report, Ahmed has spent several days in the hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU).
He blames the doctors at the hospital for his brother’s death.
