Ali H. Warsame, a former Minister of Education in Puntland, has called for dialogue between the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) and Federal Member States (FMS).
Warsame issued this call on December 13.
He said that all stakeholders must also attend the dialogue to enable the de-escalation of tensions in the East African nation.
Somalia is currently caught up in political tensions that threaten peace, security, and stability within the nation.
In Warsame’s view, the dialogue should take place immediately.
He has also called upon Somalia’s international partners to facilitate the process.
