Hassan Ali Khaire, a former Prime Minister of Somalia, has congratulated President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed Laftagareen on the third anniversary of his presidency.
Laftagareen celebrated the third anniversary of his election as the President of the Southwest State on December 19.
Ex-Prime Minister Khaire said that the Southwest State had made incredible strides under Laftagareen’s leadership.
