Farmaajo Receives Credentials from Ethiopia’s New Ambassador to Somalia

President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo received credentials from Ethiopia’s new Ambassador to Somalia.

On May 3, Abdifatah Abdullahi Hassan, the new Ethiopian Ambassador to Somalia, submitted his credentials to Farmaajo at Villa Somalia in Mogadishu.

Ambassador Hassan delivered a message from Ethiopia’s President Sahle-Work Zewde to Farmaajo.

While delivering the message, Ambassador Hassan expressed gratitude to the people and government of Somalia for according him warm welcome.

Farmaajo took the opportunity to brief Ambassador Hassan on the achievements of the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS).

He listed some of these achievements as the rebuilding of the Somali National Army (SNA), consolidation of governance, and improved economic development.
