The United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) signed a new agreement with the United States Agency for Development (USAID).
The agreement between FCDO and USAID allows them to join forces in supporting Somalis across various sectors.
FCDO and USAID vowed to unite and strengthen their collaboration in the East African nation.
Areas that will benefit from their collaborative efforts include education and security.
Apart from those two, FCDO and USAID will work together to ensure that the private sector in Somalia develops further.
They will support Somalis to build resilience to the ongoing drought too.
