The new federal Minister of Health held a meeting with hospital directors in Mogadishu.
Dr. Ali Haji, the health minister, held a meeting with directors from public and private hospitals on Wednesday.
In recent days, Dr. Haji has been meeting with different stakeholders in the health sector.
He has already held an introductory meeting and discussions with senior personnel in the health ministry.
During the August 17 meeting, Dr. Haji and the hospital directors discussed wide-ranging issues.
These included strengthening collaboration between private and public services in health through the sharing of data and developing strong partnerships.
