The Federation of Somali Journalists (FESOJ) has condemned the recent attack on the government spokesperson.
FESOJ issued a statement condemning the suicide bombing attack that targeted Mohamed Ibrahim Moalimuu.
Moalimuu was attacked inside his car just outside his home in Mogadishu.
A suicide bombing terrorist was behind the attempt on his life.
Moalimuu serves as the spokesperson for the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) and the Senior Media Adviser to the Prime Minister.
FESOJ called for the apprehension of the individuals who took part in the attempt on Moalimuu’s life.
Moalimuu is a former Secretary-General of FESOJ.
