The Minister of Finance held discussions on the ongoing economic reforms with the United States Ambassador to Somalia.
Dr. Abdirahman Beileh met with US Ambassador Larry Andre on Monday, June 6 in Mogadishu.
Their meeting was purposely to discuss the progress of the economic reforms that Somalia continues to undertake.
The reforms have attracted praise from various quarters around the world.
Global institutions such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have continuously commended the Somali government for the reforms.
Dr. Beileh hailed the US for strongly supporting Somalia’s economic reforms.
