The Finnish Ambassador to Somalia visited Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre on Monday.
Prime Minister Barre received and welcomed Ambassador Pirrka Tapiola at his office in Mogadishu for crucial talks.
Their discussions mostly centered on improved cooperation and relations between their respective nations.
Prime Minister Barre called for increased support for residents of areas that the military recently liberated from Al-Shabaab.
Tapiola commended Somalia for its commitment to the eradication of terrorists from the country.
