Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Frantz Celestin.
The former is the Head of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Somalia.
Fiqi and Celestin signed the renewed MoU at the foreign affairs ministry’s headquarters in Mogadishu on Sunday.
Consequently, this single act formalized an agreement aimed at enhancing collaboration between the two entities.
Fiqi and Celestin both expressed hope that the new MoU would not only strengthen the partnership between Somalia and IOM but also enable them to collaborate more effectively.
