The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, has traveled to Ankara for the second round of talks between Somalia and Ethiopia.
Fiqi left for Ankara on Saturday. He led a delegation of Somali government officials traveling for the Turkey-led talks.
These discussions are being mediated by the Turkish government and aim to address ongoing issues between the two neighboring countries.
