Specifically, they prioritized electoral progress and debt relief for Somalia in their discussions.
Somalia is on the final leg of its electioneering period.
The East African nation holds presidential elections on May 15.
Muse expressed gratitude on behalf of the government and people of Somalia for the support received from the EU.
The EU has constantly supported Somali National Army (SNA), African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS), and the ongoing relief efforts.
