Four Somali ambassadors held talks with the Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA).
The ambassadors visited Commissioner Mahamuud Moallim at the SODMA head offices in Mogadishu.
Ambassadors who attended the discussions were those representing Somalia in Libya, Germany, Iraq, and Turkey.
Commissioner Moallim briefed them on the humanitarian crisis in Somalia.
He updated them on the displacements caused by climate change around the country too.
The SODMA Commissioner discussed the efforts that the agency has embarked on to reduce the situation for everyone affected by the emerging and continuing humanitarian crisis in Somalia.
On their part, the diplomats promised to seek assistance for SODMA from the countries where they work.
