Fresh floods left two children in Mogadishu dead in the last 24 hours.
Heavy rains recorded in Mogadishu on Sunday morning left the two children dead while injuring one other person.
The injured person was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Salah Dheere, the official spokesperson of the Benadir Regional Administration, said that the heavy rains and floods affected more than 300 families.
The floods also left major roads in the capital city impassable thus interfering with transportation.
