Small businesses in Galkayo benefited from free microfinance service that the Salaam Somali Bank (SSB) offered them.
Lately, SSB has been moving around the country providing similar services to small business owners.
On Friday, October 1, its officers were in Galkayo to extend the same services to local businesses.
Local traders, including women, expressed their delight at the services, which they stated would help them to grow their businesses.
SSB has been commended for its contribution towards growing the local businesses.
