The combined might of Galmudug’s Regional Forces and residents repulsed a deadly attack carried out by Al-Shabaab militants.
Al-Shabaab militants carried out the attack on Friday, June 17.
The attack, which took place in Bahdo town, left behind a trail of death from both sides as the security forces lost several officers.
Sources in the town indicate that close to 42 people could have died in the incident.
The dead included security officers, local residents, and the Al-Shabaab terrorists.
