Galmudug plans to hold elections for its House of the People (Lower House) seats on January 26-27.
The regional State Elections Implementation Team (SEIT) announced the date of the elections on Thursday.
As per the SEIT announcement, the elections would be for seven of Galmudug’s parliamentary seats.
SEIT listed the seats that are up for grabs as HOP#007, HOP#061, HOP#064, HOP#248, HOP#089, HOP#096, and HOP#071.
