The 7-member committee that Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble recently appointed has briefed him on its recent consultative meetings in Kismayo.
Prime Minister Roble received members of the committee at his office in Mogadishu.
He met them on March 6.
The committee briefed him on the outcome of its consultations with Jubbaland leaders and traditional elders towards the end of last week.
After Kismayo, Garbaharey is Jubbaland’s second voting center for the ongoing federal parliamentary elections.
Garbaharey has been unable to hold parliamentary polls, though.
