A Gedo leader has hit out at the recent comments by Puntland’s President Said Abdullahi Deni on the new local administration.
Osman Haji Noor, the Deputy Chairman of the new administration, added that the comments by Deni were wrong.
Recently, President Deni stated that the residents of Gedo should be ready for an administration that lacks public support.
Noor refuted such claims.
He added that the Puntland leader is only interested in manipulating the people of Gedo to support his desire for a prolonged stay in office.
