Gorgor forces raided several Al-Shabaab hideouts in Galgadud.
The elite Turkish-trained soldiers raided the hideouts in Gal’ad on Tuesday.
They regained control of several villages after driving the terrorists out.
Two of the villages in question are El-Dhigtar and El-Haji.
Mahdi Imam, a Gorgor commander, confirmed the successful operation to the media.
He added that the forces would continue with the counterterrorism operations in the region.
