The leader of the Gurmad Party has endorsed Abdirahman Abdishakur ahead of Somalia’s presidential elections.
On a day of intense political activities and meetings, Dr. Abdinasir Abdille Mohamed endorsed Abdishakur, the leader of the opposition Wadajir Party.
Dr. Abdille is the leader of the Gurmad Party.
According to analysts, Abdishakur is one of the main contenders for the presidency.
Initially, Dr. Abdille had also submitted his name for the upcoming presidential elections scheduled for Sunday, May 15.
