HARAMCAD forces received a batch of equipment from the Ministry of Interior Security on Monday.
Officers from the ministry, led by Mohamed Haga, handed over the equipment in a brief ceremony.
Haga is the State Minister of Interior Security.
Zakia Hussein, the Deputy Commissioner of the Somali Police Force (SPF), also attended the handing-over ceremony.
Military officials from the Turkish Embassy in Somalia attended the ceremony too.
