The head of the Somaliland Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) held discussions with his Ethiopian counterpart on May 27.
Omar Sayid Abdullahi Adan, the SLCAA Manager, held a meeting on Friday with his Ethiopian counterpart during his visit to Addis Ababa.
His discussions with Gethachaw Mengiste, the Manager of the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA), mainly focused on improved relations between the two agencies.
SLCAA and ECAA would intend to train their personnel and improve their capabilities.
Mostly, they would gear the training towards improving safety and security within their respective sectors.
Environmental protection in the aviation industry also featured prominently in their discussions.
