A Director General in the Ministry of Health has traveled to Geneva to attend a meeting on Somalia’s National Vaccination Project.
Director General Dr. Guled Abdijalil arrived in Geneva to attend the meeting that kicks off on Saturday.
He attends a 5-day meeting that is intended to discuss the 5-year vaccination plan for Somali children under the age of 5.
Dr. Abdijalil expressed gratitude to the government and other partners such as Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance for supporting the trip to Geneva.
