HirShabelle state’s Minister of Humanitarian Affairs visited internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Beledweyne.
Abdi Mahad visited the IDPs in the company of several legislators.
His visit, which took place on Wednesday morning, was to help him assess the humanitarian situation at the camps and the appropriate solutions.
Many people who fled from their homes when the drought worsened are at the IDP camps in different parts of Beledweyne.
