Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh, the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation, held talks with the technical committee of the National Independent Electoral Commission (NIEC) of Somalia.
The meeting between the interior minister and the NIEC took place in Mogadishu on Saturday.
Senior officials from the electoral body briefed the interior minister on several issues.
They spoke with Hosh on the current objectives of the electoral body as well as its methodologies and strategic workplans.
