Mogadishu – Director General Mustafe Sheik Ali Duhulow has officially signed the newly restructured organizational framework of the Immigration and Citizenship Agency (ICA) Somalia.
The move aims to enhance efficiency, strengthen accountability, and improve service delivery in key areas such as passports, visas, citizenship, and border management.
The new structure reflects the government’s commitment to institutional reform and modernization, positioning ICA to better meet growing national and international demands.
