The Hague-based International Court of Justice (ICJ) is to determine the Somalia vs. Kenya maritime case on Tuesday, October 12.
ICJ’s will deliver its decision on the matter at 3pm.
Somalia took the matter to ICJ after accusing Kenya of breaching its territorial waters along the Indian Ocean.
Kenya maintains that it has not contravened any international law warranting taking the matter to the Hague-based court.
Last week, Kenya vowed to reject any decision that the ICJ delivers on its maritime dispute with Somalia.
