IDPs in Mogadishu Receive Medical Checkup from BRA Health Department

Internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Mogadishu benefited from medical checkup services from the Benadir Regional Administration (BRA) Directorate of Health and Human Services.

The IDPs were the target of the medical checkup that the regional health directorate offered on April 17.

The directorate sent a medical team to the IDP camps.

Mohamed Adow, the Head of the BRA Directorate of Health and Human Services, led his team in offering the checkups.

According to Adow, the humanitarian situation at the IDP camps is bad.

He further added that the IDPs need the urgent provision of life-saving supplies, medication, food, and water.
