The new Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Representative to Somalia met with the Swedish Ambassador.
IGAD Representative Mohamud Kaarshe met with Swedish Ambassador to Somalia Joachim Waern.
During their Wednesday meeting, they discussed the crucial role that IGAD plays in Somalia and the entire region.
Kaarshe announced that IGAD and Sweden agreed to enhance their partnership to achieve shared goals and explore new opportunities for further collaboration.
They promised to support the Somali government to achieve its development pursuits too.
