An independent journalist is among the innocent civilians who lost their lives in a terror attack that rocked Mogadishu on Saturday.
The identity of the journalist has been released.
According to eyewitnesses, Mohamed Isse Kona, a local journalist, was among the scores of people killed in the deadly attack.
Authorities are yet to provide more details on the number of casualties or people injured in the October 29 attack.
However, Sadiq Dodishe, a spokesperson with the Somali Police Force (SPF), stated that two terror car explosions are responsible for the deaths and injuries.
The explosions were at the famous K-5 Junction, which is also known as Zobe, in Mogadishu.
