India plans to reinstate its diplomatic mission in Somalia.
Dr. Suresh Kumar revealed this during his visit to Somalia earlier this week.
Kumar works for India’s Ministry of External Affairs as the Joint Secretary of the West Asia and North Africa (WANA), a division in the ministry.
He discussed this issue during Monday’s meeting with Hamza Adan Haadoow.
The latter serves as the Permanent Secretary in Somalia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
