The federal Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism arrived in Baidoa on Tuesday for consultations with local leaders.
Daud Aweis led a delegation of the ministry officials in visiting Baidoa.
He is scheduled to hold consultative talks with his colleagues from the Federal Member States (FMS) today.
Officials from the Southwest state administration were at the Baidoa airport to welcome him.
