An intergovernmental fiscal federalism conference kicked off in Mogadishu today.
Dr. Elmi M. Nur, the Minister of Finance, opened the three-day conference officially on Tuesday.
Finance ministers from Federal Member States attended the meeting.
Deputy Mayor for Administration and Finance of the Benadir Regional Administration was at the conference too.
