The International Organization for Migration (IOM) trained 117 female Community Support Monitors (CSMs) on ways of supporting at-risk families.
IOM carried out the training up to Saturday.
CSMs at the training were from Baidoa, Hudur, and Dollow.
Mostly, they serve at camps for internally displaced persons (IDPs).
At-risk families reside in the IDP camps.
The CSMs received training designed to help them to monitor and support such families.
Their target group comprises individuals who recently returned from nutrition and health centers.
The training equips CSMs with skills to help them keep the at-risk groups from remission.
