United Nations Special Envoy to Somalia, James Swan, held a meeting with Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble in Mogadishu on Monday, October 27.
During their meeting, the two leaders discussed “priorities” for the remaining months of 2020.
The meeting took place a week after Prime Minister Roble announced his new cabinet on Monday, October 19.
Roble’s new cabinet has four months to work before the country holds elections and ushers in a new government.
Special Envoy Swan talked about the upcoming events in Somalia’s electoral calendar too.
The two leaders met at the Office of the Prime Minister in Mogadishu.
