The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed an agreement with three Somali ministries.
Representatives from JICA signed the agreement with Director Generals from the ministries in a ceremony carried out in Mogadishu on Thursday.
The DGs were from the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Planning.
They all signed the Japanese Technical Cooperation Project for Capacity Development to Promote Employment and Entrepreneurship for Youths and Vulnerable People in Somalia.
