A joint military operation between Somali National Army (SNA) and foreign forces killed more than 200 Al-Shabaab militants.
According to SNA sources, the joint military operation took place in Hareeri-gubadle.
Hareeri-gubadle is an Al-Shabaab base.
The area is roughly 20kms to the east of Wabho, Galgadud, Central Somalia.
Government sources claimed that they carried out the operation jointly with yet unnamed foreign forces.
Nobody has independently confirmed these claims, though.
