A journalist arrested in Puntland on Sunday has been repatriated to Ethiopia.
The journalist identified as Jamal Osman was nabbed in Garowe, the administrative capital of the regional state of Puntland, yesterday.
A day later, authorities repatriated him to Ethiopia.
Authorities believe that he was originally from Ethiopia.
At the moment, the circumstances surrounding his arrest and subsequent deportation to Ethiopia remain unclear.
