There is joy in Somalia following the decision by the government to reopen 29 schools that had undergone either fresh construction or rehabilitation.
The reopened schools host more than 10,000 students.
They were constructed or rehabilitated as part of the stabilization program that the Ministry of Education runs around the country.
Most of the schools are in hard-to-reach areas.
