Jubbaland General Laboratory and Oxygen Factory has been opened officially.
The federal Minister of Health traveled from Mogadishu to declare the facility officially opened on November 3.
Dr. Ali Haji Adan, the health minister, expressed his pleasure at the opening of the facility.
The facility is in Kismayo, the administrative capital of the regional state of Jubbaland.
Deputy President Abdulkadir Haji Mahmoud of Jubbaland also graced the opening ceremony on Thursday.
Other officials at the ceremony included Jubbaland’s health minister.
