The leader of the regional state of Jubbaland has arrived in Mogadishu ahead of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud’s inauguration.
President Ahmed Islam Madobe arrived in the nation’s capital on Tuesday, June 7.
He is expected to join other local and foreign dignitaries in attending the new President’s inauguration this week.
Several senior federal government officers were at the Aden Adde International Airport to welcome Madobe to the capital city.
